How is the price set?

Emerald Kleen sets fixed prices for each service based on your home and what you pick. Pros don't bid or set their own prices.

When am I charged?

Your card is authorized when you book and charged after your cleaning is complete.

Can I cancel?

Cancellation is free until 24 hours before your arrival window. Inside 24 hours, a late cancellation fee applies if a Pro is already scheduled. You'll always see the exact fee before you confirm.

Do I need to be home?

No. Add access instructions such as a lockbox or gate code. They're only shared with your assigned Pro.

Who are the Pros?

Independent cleaning professionals who pass ID verification, a background check and Emerald Kleen training.

Do Pros bring supplies?

Yes. Pros bring their own supplies and equipment.

Where is Emerald Kleen available?

Northern Utah: Ogden, Layton, Kaysville, Farmington, Bountiful, Salt Lake City and Sandy. More areas are coming soon.
