Emerald Kleen operates a marketplace that connects customers with independent cleaning professionals ("Pros"). Pros are independent contractors, not employees of Emerald Kleen.

Bookings and payment. Prices are set by Emerald Kleen and shown before you book. Your payment method is authorized at booking and charged when the Pro completes the job.

Cancellations. Free until 24 hours before your arrival window. Late cancellation, very late cancellation and lockout fees are described in the cancellation policy shown at checkout.

Issues. Report problems within 24 hours of completion through your booking page.

Conduct. Keep communication and payment on the Emerald Kleen platform.
