1. Relationship. You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Emerald Kleen.
2. Your schedule. You choose when you're available and the area you serve.
3. Accepting work. You may accept or decline any job offer without penalty.
4. Supplies. You provide your own supplies, equipment and transportation.
5. Payment. You receive the Pro payout shown on each offer plus 100% of tips, paid through Stripe Connect. Stripe delivers your tax forms.
6. Standards. You follow Emerald Kleen's safety, photo and checklist standards on every job.
